The design process begins with a consultation. We visit the home to assess what is need to make it as appealing as possible to potential buyers.
If the home is furnished, we will determine how your existing items can be used to create a space that appeals to potential buyers. Often, existing furnishings simply need rearranging or supplementing with items from our inventory. We have a large selection available to stage homes of
all sizes and in all price ranges.
In addition, we can supervise replacement of paint, flooring, light fixtures, countertops, landscaping and more. The homeowners are welcome to do as much or as little as they like and we are happy to do the rest. Candice Kehoe Interiors & Home Staging is able to do what is needed to prepare your home to sell, from recommending a cleaner to remodeling.
